Spotted outside of the massage place on Main Street in Brattleboro, VT. I like how they covered the relatively innocuous penis, but opted to keep the undercarriage shot with scrotum and anus perfectly visible. Oh yea, and Visa/Mastercard are accepted.
A photograph of photographs portraying the beautiful decay of the Berlin Wall, hanging on another wall in The Works Bakery/Cafe on Main Street in Brattleboro. The exhibit is called “The Wall: Lessons from Berlin,” a seemingly poignant commentary on yet another (proposed) wall, with photography and text by artist William Dixon. From the exhibit, “The Wall’s history illustrates, once again, the futility of this form of political problem solving.”
The first signs of progress on the mural in the Harmony Parking Lot, seen today. It’s been a long time in the making, and seeing the fresh paint on the walls makes my heART sing! Keep your eyes open for more progress as the days wear on!
At the site of the new art exhibit “From the River, To the River,” the Archery Building stands in disrepair. Here are a few shots of the grittier beauty that exists on the walls of this old institution of Brattleboro.
